Note: dress stays off the shoulder
I love this dress! It is ruched in tummy area and hips which makes it fitted but also very flattering. I could not tell by the lead image and description if it is an off-the-shoulder necklace or just pulled that way for the picture. It is sewn off-the-shoulder but not too extreme that you need to wear a special bra.
