When you return an item for a refund, the points earned for your original purchase will be deducted from your point balance. When you return your order for a store credit or an exchange, no points will be deducted from your balance.

If you used an Threads for Thought Reward (coupon code) for the order that you returned for a full refund, your reward does not get refunded back to your account. You will need to contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the refund, and we will manually re-issue the reward (discount code) back to your account.

Please note, partial refunds are not eligible for re-issuing of the reward.

Yes. Your points will expire one (1) year after they were earned. But don’t worry, we will send you an email reminding you to use your points, and your available balance.

Generally, yes. However, some sale items do not allow additional coupon codes to be used. Additionally, you can only use one coupon code at a time, which means your reward coupon code cannot be combined with any other discount code.
